In Introversion we can keep God in front of us

Dear Friends,

Om shanti.  Someone asked Dadi about the contrast between extroversion and introversion. There is great wonder of silence, but one needs introversion to understand the value of silence. In introversion, we can keep God in front of us, and remember all that we receive from Him. In introversion and with this remembrance we do not have to make effort to remember God, but it is the incognito power of yoga that works through us. This subtle link with God continues to empower the soul. I no longer make effort to be in soul-consciousness and then remember God. I live with the consciousness that I, the soul, am moving along and God’s power is working on me and helping me carry out everything.

With love,

BK Janki

Our 5 senses and mind is always outgoing, we need to bring them inward and then Godward. We can reach God only through inwardliness, not outwardliness. Introversion aids to inwardliness than extroversion. First, go inward from outward, then go onward from inward, and go Godward from onward. And stay there with God.

In Introversion, we feel closer to God. The wordly things appear small

Gods power works a lot . But sometimes we get involved in household
Affairs. Then forget god .introversion and meditation. Is the same concept .i may be wrong for extroversion. You need people. It is not possible. For some people .
