The more you practice the above message from Dadi the less you will be affected by other peoples attitudes and visions. Be in the awareness of who you really are, a loving spiritual child of God and keep courage. One step of courage leads to 1,000 steps of Gods help. Since the soul is an eternal being whatever actions you perform you will receive the response of that. Harming your own body will not bring about any benefit to the soul.

But at some point of time it becomes difficult to maintain silence, when ones beloved family appears to ditch , forgetting the togetherness, tries to play mischief and hurts ... It feels that the efforts being made for their cause are in vein... life becomes full of woe... frustrates and leads to think commit suicide....
