Dear Friend,
Om shanti. Being on a spiritual path means changing your old patterns of
thinking. If you work in the same way as you have in the past -- it
means your inner patterns have not changed. If you are constantly
thinking about what you just did this morning, or what you have to do
tomorrow, you are not valuing the present. This is a big
transformation: to take benefit from the present in the present. With
your mind and intellect you accumulate energy. If you think about the
past, you wonât have energy. If you donât have the strength to
finish what happened in the past, you wonât have energy for the
future. Make your mind your friend by creating patterns of thought that
give you energy. Then you will remain healthy and happy.
With love,
BK Janki
Junaid: As we continue to practice meditation and soul conciousness, our power of disernment will grow and then we are able to know which point of knowledge, or which virute or power to use and at what time. As our mind becomes more silent and free from waste or negative thoughts our wisdom grows and there will be success.
you are the collection of happiness dadi... i had seen you directly and felt very happy dadi...if i c u ever i wil get energy and happiness dadi...ilove you...
Dadiji, I accurately understood the meaning with practical example of spiritual knowledge. Eventually, when Time brought me and made me in-front of “Supreme Soul” (with BK’s hand)– I was about to lose my job from this lifetime drama. Believe me, by this strength, every step of Spiritual Knowledge is being tested with “check & change” of my present thoughts and actions! I think, it’s is the script of God drama for me to understand the every drop of knowledge in this life. So peaceful and calmness I am experiencing, even though seeing a volatile physical status of this life. Om Shanti !
Dear Dadiji,
After knowing and coming to the Gyan,we understood the importance of the Present.Hence living in Present we enjoy the beautiful charm of this wonderful life and divert our thoughts to more creative way.Only one thought comes that Be happy and make others happy. My humble regards.
Om Shanti.

Reeine Naidoo: Meditaion like anything else needs practice. Regular exersise builds strengh and power. Everyone who has the capacity to think and feel, can meditate. Start with determinatin and a desire to do it. Begin with short focused sessions and then extend the time, you will get results. There are many BK centers where you can go and learn. Enjoy!
Dear Dadi Janki, It is absolutely correct, we do feel that we waste too much of time and energy thinking about the past, that results in eroding the present and future as well. Since the time I have started attending the BK meditation classes and practicing to follow your preaches, I feel that my peace of mind has increased and I am able to concentrate on my work better. Thank you so much once again, Dadi for your wonderful teachings.
Your articles truly provide good food for thought, which in turn brings peace.
Kind regards
Respected Jankijee, I am from India, at present I have come to US for a few months.During my spare time I keep reading articles from your website and I am able to control my wondering thoughts and listen to the lectures of Bramakumari. These lectures are very effective to lead a good life. My humble respect to you.
Om shanti dadiji. Nobody knows what will happen in the future and it is worthless to worry over past. So when we spend so much of energy on these waste thoughts we become unable to see the oppertunities, blessings and happiness in the present moment. So human beings suffer a lot. Happiness is an art. Happiness is not the desination but it is a journey.
Dear Dadi thankyou for sharing this insight. Not to dwell on the past ,having awareness of our thoughts and actions. Using the mind and intellect in a worthwhile way creates better relationships with ourselves and others. Feeling gratitude for the many blessings we are bestowed upon by Baba (God) is a great start to the day.
