Change this habit of hurry and worry

Dear Friends,

Om shanti.  Why do we become tired? It’s because we remain body conscious. When we stay in a state of soul consciousness, we can take love and power from God.  This allows us to have compassion and to give love. If we continue to worry and hurry in life, then eventually we become bitter. We need to change this habit of hurry and worry. We have to keep the consciousness of learning all the time. Keep changing the self and take whatever anyone says to you to be a sign. Accept it and change. We don’t need to point out the mistakes of others. If I change, others will see me and change themselves. My duty is to be loving to all. When I am careful with my own self, others will become careful with themselves.

With love,

BK Janki

I am a new kid on the block, having completed three level course in Raja Yoga just recently. I am learning how not to carry old baggage which we have been doing for a long time and to know our original peaceful self. Your advise of "stop hurrying and worrying", I realise is the first step in a spiritual life. Thank you Dadi. Om Shanti

Very appropriate for me. I usually hurry and worry, but now I will do everything slowly and peacefully .

Om Shanti.
Thank you Dadi for reminding me of who I was and how I have progressed thus far. I was one who used to worry and was always in a hurry. This used to become so frustrated at times and I would often hurt my loved ones with my vexatious spirit for very small things. With the teachings and guidance of Brahmakumaris, I have become a much more peaceful being who takes each day with love.

Break the worry habit. Worrying is a waste of time that could be spent in a more positive way. So use your mind in a worthwhile way focusing on love kindness and goodness.
