Being in the present moment

Dear friends,

Om shanti. Take the benefit of the present moment, being here in an elevated atmosphere whenever you can manage this. We are on this journey of life, and the more who are with us, the better. In your spiritual practice, maintain an attitude of renunciation of anything that is negative or harmful; be an embodiment of intense remembrance of the Divine, and do service. If you make this the focus of your spiritual practice, virtues will then become natural in your lives.
