Dear Friends,
Om shanti. The essence of this raja yoga is Manmanabhav, to keep our minds absorbed in the One. So ask yourself where your mind is. Is it caught in the body or bodily relationships? See how much you have become detached from everything – from the body, from material possessions, from relationships…
We each need to check ourselves: Is the quality of my speech such that it reveals who I am? Have I learned how to make a mountain into a mustard seed, or do I expand small things into big things? Many have this habit. Others may go into detail of situations and people. My task at this time is to remain quiet.
Pay attention now to the thoughts you are creating in your mind. Through these thoughts you will serve the world.
With love,
BK Janki
Rahul Patil and Sivakami Kanapathy: As Dadi says. It is now time to pay attention to our thoughts. Do not think too much about others or situations but refelct and focus on oursleves. What is it that I need to do to change my habit of thinking too much. Become introverted and we will become cheerful. When we are introverted we are thinking deeply and reflecting on what is coming from your inner being (which is filled with qualities). Discipline is important - discipline the mind with love and understanding. When you make decisions do so in remembrance of God and not in reaction to someone or something. Practice makes things natural.
Greetings of Love and Peace Om Shanti Dearest Dadi Jankiji 'Only Manmanabhav frees our minds...and we dance in supersensous joy...' Many Blessings, lots of Love
