In this world of darkness, there needs to be light.
Dear friend,

Om shanti.  All of you are my brothers and sisters. It is time for all of us to come together and work on God’s plan to change the world.
God’s plan is that we realize that in this world of darkness, there needs to be light.

Souls all over the world are experiencing sorrow and peacelessness.
Whatever we’ve done in the past is the past. From today, let’s all stop giving sorrow to each other and taking sorrow from each other.

Understand what is right and what is wrong, and don’t perform any wrong actions.
Make a commitment that you won't do five things:
1.    Don't give or take sorrow.
2.    Don’t lie. The ones who speak the truth are God’s real children.
3.    Never steal.
4.    Never deceive anyone.
5.    Don’t criticize others.

We can work together to help bring God’s plan into this world. Each one is a child of God who needs truth and love. Keep this thought inside:
God, you are the Truth. You are Love. God is very sweet and merciful.
He will give you love, peace and power. Turn your mind into a temple where there is love, peace and power.  As we come together to do this, we will bring the light of a new Golden Age here on Earth.

With love,
BK Janki

Dear Dadiji,Thank You so much for your heavenly advice. If we adopt ABC - A- attitude of gratitude, and responsibility, B- no Blame Game, C- Careful, commitment. we can achieve our goal of being God's loving child

Dear Dadi !
Thank you for those words of wisdom. Your words made me realize that the beauty of a soul lies in doing those 5 simple acts with love than great feats.

Dadi, we know that love is the highest then knowledge, if there exists love, then definitely we value knowledge. The solution to all problems can be solved by love and knowledge.

Nilaxi Shah: It can sometimes seem difficult to tell the truth and society often
speaks of telling 'white lies' in order to get out of a situation
without causing sorrow.  However, it is better not to say anything than
to lie.  Stay silent and send them good wishes, which will give them
the power to work out whatever they need to.  We often use the excuse
of  'white lies' because we don't want to do something and we lack the
courage to say so.  Real truth actually never gives sorrow, but if we
feel what we are about to say will give sorrow it means that there is
no real truth in what we are going to say - it is just a subjective
opinion.  We very rarely know the complete story - only God knows.
Falsehood always makes us feel bad as it leaves a trace on the soul.

loving dadi,

not to lie is little bit difficult because some times that is the only way out of not giving sorrow to other person. truth is bitter and it hurts.lie is not truth, it may not hurt other person and give sorrow, but it does give me a bad feeling. how to handle that?

sulekha:  You have a choice in both instances:  You have a choice not to give sorrow and you have a choice not to take sorrow.  If someone is offering you a rotten apple would you take it?  No, because you recognize what they are giving you is not useful and has no value in your life, so you simply don't accept it.

Dearest Dadi, I can understand "don't give sorrow" but how not to take it? Truly it is a very good message.

Dadi Janki has been the 'light of my life' with her writings in the Companion of God. This message is precise and accurate. Point #5 is very difficult for many of 'Us New Yorkers'  it is something Dadi is cautioning us about----don't criticize others. Point #4 if a commonly accepted 'commitment' would have helped the entire world---many in the world were 'deceived' by lenders/ money groups, etc. Finally, Point #1 was and remains a daily practice that needs personal and careful attention. Listen carefully to others! Listen carefully to yourself! Is sorrow there?

Dearest Dadi
I am striving for Golden Age now. First within myself. Then I can give it away, share its bliss as I believe once you come to Golden Age, you will never leave it. I imagine the sorrowful souls finding happiness, peacelessness transforming into pure peace. I have many vices and done many hurtful things in my life. That is past. There is a full stop on what I can do nothing about. To my Baba and to you Dadi, I make the commitment to give and take no sorrow, not to lie, steal, deceive or criticize. I also make the commitment to stay in remembrance of my Father always. Om Shanti
