Om shanti. What is peace like? Within the soul there is truthfulness and love. By recognizing the self as a soul that sits in the center of the forehead, we “see”. When we look at each other, whom do we see? It is an exchange between souls. When we look at each other in this way, we create an atmosphere of peace. Actions we perform with peace and love accumulate the power of happiness. Peace doesn’t come without love.
I breathe peacefully and in this way I accumulate energy. Waste thoughts destroy and consume our energy. Negative thoughts make us wander about. I suggest that you notice the huge difference between negative and positive thinking. Negative thoughts become our enemies, and positive thoughts are our friends.
We all have the deep desire to achieve peace of mind. Once peace arises in the mind, then the heart is full of gratitude to the Supreme Being because he has given us peace. It doesn’t matter that you are from different countries; just remember that we all come from the Land of Peace and all have the same deep religious principles: peace, truthfulness and love. We want all the sorrows of the world to be finished. When peace of mind comes to the souls of the world, such will be the condition of the whole world.

-to know exactly problem-keep a diary for one week, every day morning , after noon and evening and before go to bed. Write down things external makes you happy and upset, similarly internal things like thoughts.
Keep practicing more of things which make you happy whether sport, walking spending time with pets or yoga , meditation.
Second thing first step accept the way you are now and write down 5 things good about your self even simple thing . If you can't find it then ask your friends and family what do they like in you.-brother dr kumar
Sandhya. Whatever the karmic relationship we cannot stop others behaving badly. However we can change how we respond. Our mind belongs to us and so we need to pay attention to being peaceful, make our minds peaceful and we will respond with peace, no one can destroy our peace of mind if we do not allow it. Whatever actions we do, our present and future is created. If we do not have the strength to remain peaceful, remember God and we will receive help.
Bhaskar mandal: You cannot love yourself unless you know yourself. The practice of meditation and taking time to understand spiritual knowledge will help you with this. Once you start to know yourself you will gain strength, make good choices and your positive attitude will help life to open up and this will also help thoes close to you.
shibani: Meditation will help you reamin peaceful. Many BK centers also do anger management courses. When we become angry, the first person we hurt is ourselves.
However if your anger is hurting others, and you are not able to control yourslef, you should also contact a proffessional councelor to help you.
I am always disturb with negative thoughts, lack of peace due to whatever wrong happening with me at my work place. but if its karmic bal. brought forward becoz of that I am suffering, then the I should never say anything to the person/s who is destroying my peace of mind.
If you are connected with god then no one will hurt you even not god because if you are connected with god then god will surely give the answer which is always correct . And even not god because god has a property that god never hurt the right one.
[Here the word “HURT” means any kind of :- disturb, tension or any kind of other problem.]
Nilu: People will say things in a harsh manner because of their own state of frustration or anger. If somthing has to be said, and we want the impact of what is said to make a change, then responding from a state of balance and good intention will have a lot more effect.
However, your response and your happiness is your choice. Your manager is not responsible for how you respond. If you want to move forward, forget the past scene and look to what you need to emerge from your self to create the new future you want.

Sarita: You do not love yourself because you do not know your self. Take some time to get to know who you truly are. Not what you think you are, or what others think of you. Meditation is a practice which will help to deepen your understanding and experience of who you really are.
How truely said - 'Negative thoughts are our enemies and positive thoughts are our friends'. Yes, negative thoughts rob the peace of mind, our calmness, happiness. But when we can create positive thoughts, our happiness and peace returns.

I have a one problem with my self.I don't know what is exactly problem with me. I do not love myself. I all time blaming , hating my self & on small thing i start crying which I don't want due to this my mother get upset.I want to know what is the meaning of myself. Even don't like roaming with friends & Passing the comment but I want to live with them which i can't. Please tell what I have to do.
Peace is the base of love.There islove there will be peace.when we live in our true sense as sprit and see any one as sprit than there is love and than peace.
