Dear Friends,
Om shanti. What is the difference between peace and silence?I go into silence and find peace. The world is divided into many pieces.People’s hearts are broken into many pieces. Now there should be such understanding that it binds these pieces together again. This is not a simple task.Make your heart true, generous, strong, and loving.
My heart should be healed and no one should be hurt by me.Let me not remember what happened or how it happened.Let my awareness be such that my old memories are healed. We all belong to One.We should all become one.Unity should happen and disunity should finish.
With love,
BK Janki
To understand all of these I must practice the awareness I am a soul and meditate to the Supreme Soul. Thanks for your kindness.
Dadiji, om shanti, today is my 2nd day of reading your message but as soon as i read it, it gives me a sweet smile on my face, which is very precious. Thanks, these are very small words, i am wordless, speechless.
Manvi: Everything is simple to understand. Putting it into practice takes attention and determination. If the person or situation comes in front of you every day . . . this is a wonderful opportunity to practice the spiritual understanding that you have heard. If every day we practice something . . . we will definitely improve until we have mastered what it is we are learning. Actually situations like this are a gift, as they allow us every day to see how strong we have become, the extent to which we have become a master of our minds/or not. They are test papers . . . which if we pass not only empower us, but also bring benefit to the person or circumstance we are being tested by. So the answer to what you can do . . . is to keep practicing 'om shant' I am a peaceful soul.
It all seems to be so simple and we are also able to understand everything. But when again that person related to a bad experience of our past comes every day in front of you coincidently everything flash backs in your mind so quickly and against your will that you don't even get time to stop yourself from thinking, then what can to do??
Varsha: It is easy and soothing to listen. It is easy to advise and motivate others. Why? Because we are detached (we are not involved). Try stepping back and looking at the situation, in a detached way. What really was the situation, is there something I can do to rectify it? If not, look for the lessons to be learned, and let go. The way that we think is habitual, if we keep thinking of our failures and problems the mind becomes heavy, confused and is unable to find solutions.
thank u so much dadi for every peaceful, powerful message.
Sheila Bala: When we hear spiritual knowledge and connect to it we feel very inspired and happy. However in order to see any lasting change we need to put these teachings into practice outside the classroom. As we do this we practically begin to empower ourselves and undersand ourselves, our relationships and the world better. The practice of meditation quietens the mind and focuses the mind away from everyday concerns so you can connect to your 'real' self - the spirit, the soul, and you begin to 'hear' your own inner voice.
a few simple practices on our daily life can help.
1)wake up in the morning with a smile and few promises-that i will be happy today, that i will help someone in need, that i wont hurt anyone today.
2)give some time to yoga and meditation amid nature
3)prayer-not to ask for something but be thankful with gratitude for whatever you received.
4)If you need something give it first.
Be happy.
