We all need peace at this time.
Dear Friend,

Om shanti. Greetings of peace. We all need peace at this time, because
everyone’s heart is broken.  The words “I am peace” act like glue to
mend the heart.  In sweet silence, we experience peace.

To experience peace, we first need introversion. To become introverted,
we have to ignore the disturbances on the outside.  We have to finish
everything useless.  Go deep inside yourself and experience the power of
introspection. This will enable you to develop concentration, which is
at the heart of raj yoga meditation. You will experience the benefits of
meditation -- purity, peace, love and happiness.

Meditation finishes past wounds. Wounds are caused by remembering the
past in the present.  When something happens, it can re-open wounds.
With introversion we go inside and experience sweet silence. We do not
take sorrow in the present, and we don’t go into the past.  Past is
past.  When we sit in silence, the past remains the past and our present
becomes filled with sweet silence and peace.

With love,

BK Janki

I am a regular watcher of  we face awakening on aastha channel. Now everything which we face everyday we are guided by Dadis message. Yes inner peace is first needed because until today we have been looking for things outside, but clarity of thinking has come only after your message. Kritika and Anshu:  It can sometimes be chanllenging to find a quite space to meditate.  However you could practice what we call 'traffic contol' which is to take a few minutes out of your day every hour and pull your mind away from what you are doing.  Still your mind  in the awareness of being a peaceful being of light and a child of God, brining your mind into a state of peace.  You will find that you will often go back to whatever you were doing with a different attitude and perspective  If you continue to practice this regularly your mind will be come peaceful and you will strengthen your capacity for concentration and wasteful and useless thoughts will reduce.

I like this message very much, and I always experiance it in my day to day life. In this situation of a highly tense life peace of mind is the most important thing.

Om Shanti,

Dadiji heartisest wish from Kuwait.
Tell us your secret of the smile always on your face. I'm reading your books feeling calm and peace and Sister Wajia is doing great service in Kuwait. We are getting the fruits of spritual knowledge.

Sure sounds blissful. But not sure how to take the first step. Longing for a connection to quiet exterior bondage and develop more inner confident love and healing. Growth has been mostly eliminated due to manic and panic thoughts leaving growth for just settling. Nice to read.

This message came at the right time. I was asking to the Universe power to help me accept the past and leave it behind and then I read this. Thanks

While reading a book about Baba (a close and intimate name for God meaning (Father), I experienced a great sense of joy from within. The sweet words telling me I am a pure soul elevates my being into higher realms and assures me of enduring peaceful life and constant link with God, Baba.

Good morning dadiji. First take my heartiest wish for rakha bandhan..Yes dadiji todays demand is only peace. We all have become so peacleless outside and inside that sometimes there comes a hollow felling. For outside peace to come, first inside we have to be at peace, we have to be soul conscious, then only we can do anything for others, previously my belief system was very wrong, I thought peace was something rare.
