With lightness and integrity we can be spiritual in the workplace. When we learn to keep our mind still and silent then we won’t feel overburdened. A lively conversation between Dan Bagley, Professor of Mass Communication and Shireen Chada, Coordinator, Brahma Kumaris.

I have been meditating with BK for three years now and my life change so so much! I am facing a work turmoil at the moment and baba's words through you this morning are making me to realized once again the power to observe, tolerate, let go, cooperate, discern, love and above all be a soul with a purpose in this life with detachment and positive attitude!
Many Thanks OM Shanti
Dear Isabel,
Good to hear from you. In your situation, Doing any one thing is not usually an answer. Actively practice the 8 spiritual powers at work and also invoke God every morning before you start working - that you are combined with God and both of you are facing the problems of the day. Every night write whatever happened to God and let it go. Don't take it to the next day. The universe is very beneficial when we actively practice spirituality so whatever is happening and whatever pans out will be absolutely beneficial for you.

Since September 2011, i am in the Brahma Kumaris in Portugal, and my life is so bright and clear since then!! Only at work, insatisfaction is so bad that i changed work...i need to prove to myself, if i am not fit for the job anymore, or it is due to instability of the sistem...i am a kindergarden teacher for 23 years, but now it seems a burden that i cant bear!!!after i saw this interview i feel that it helped me, but still i have to find my way. Thank you so much, i could hear you speek for hours! I am so fortunate for being with my Brahma sisters. Best wishes. Isabel Camacho.
How different things could be if we all did this.
