The video is a very powerful and highly motivating one to understand the goal in life. From Bramhakumaris I have learnt that the real goal in life is to live in happiness always, in every moment. Happiness is an intrinsic quality, an innate property which should always be kept in active state with the energy and fuel from within ourselves. If we have sufficient tolerance power, if we keep believing that all bucks stops with us and no external matter can be a source of joy or sorrow, we are sure to churn out happiness from the depth of our mind and live in it every moment.
