I was told by Brahma Kumari Dr Pramila Srivastava that the Dadis basically practised meditation yoga sans any kind of negativity but all positive which elongated their age. They spent their lives in happy mode and never became part of any kind of anger syndrome.
My intention was to rush through this video but as it unfolded, it reminded me of the quite and peaceful feeling that Meditation arouses in us. I sat and absorbed the words and began applying them. As I was getting up to leave, I remembered that it has been said "between every thought, the peace lies waiting to offer us love. In that realm, we will find what we are looking for". Everyday we move, do things in small and big ways; in shorter time or longer one. As I took time on this meditation, my mind become free from rush. It really soothes, relaxes and calm down thoughts running within. Om Shanti.
This took me from within, separated me from the world out there. Gave peace to my mind and made me feel carefree as it showed me the ropes to who I really am.
