Letting go of bad habits is possible when I can see that I have a resonsibility to look after the body that I am living in. I the soul need to look after this precious vehicle which is my instument to experiemce the world through. If I damage it through bad habits, there will always be a return of that action through health and well being. Meditate on these thoughts for some time, become powerful, and let go of those bad habits.

I have been practicing Rajyoga meditaton imparted by Brahmakumaris. It is most efficient and effective to get rid of tension and sorrows. In other words it gives real happiness and peacefulness, which can not be found any where in this world.

I sit comfortably daily in the evening and listen carefully sister Shivani. I feel myself free from all material senses which engage during the day. This relay is being shown late for the last one month. It should be shown from 1900 to 1945.
