Cut the paneer into cubes
Heat some oil and fry the paneer until golden brown
Remove the paneer slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Slice the baked potato into round slices
Cut the paneer into thin slices
Put a little oil in a frying pan and place the potato slices and paneer slices in the pan
Turn over to the other side once it has turned golden brown
