When I spend time with myself, I am able to see my positive qualities, and how I can help myself and others around me.

We can not change anyone except ourself.
If someone is lieing to me, they are the one who is creating a bad feeling, I do not have to accept that bad feeling but can rise above it. In this way I will not experience any loss, but will be able to become an example of truth, and inspire the other one to act in this way.
Keep sending that soul good wishes, and subtly they will reach them.
We can change situations by remaining stable in our own happiness no matter what comes to us.
