mixed herbs

Tomato purée

Soya chunks
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Sauté all the vegetables in oil in a fairly large pan for a few minutes.
Add enough water to cover the vegetables and beans.
Add mixed herbs, tomato purée and soya chunks.
Simmer until all the vegetables are cooked. Season to taste and serve.
