The world does not need our sorrow

Dear Friends,

Om shanti.  We don’t need to worry about the world. The world does not

need our sorrow. Old things from the old world are imprinted in us, and

we keep remembering those things, and then we see the world with that

vision.

What are the spectacles with which I am seeing?  If there are

impressions through which I am looking, let me remove them. If I have an

impression of someone that is not so good, then I cannot give

inspiration. Let me go deep inside myself to clean my insides.  Let me

have a vision of appreciation for what each one does.  This gives

happiness to other souls.

With love,

BK Janki

Chinni, the only one we can change is ourselves.  Our practice is of peace and patience, understanding that the other is under the influence of negativeity and is ignorant of who they really are.  In the awareness of peace, experience peace and patience and this will give you power and make you strong, not weak.  The other is in fact weak as they are subservient to the influence of one or another of the vices, so have good wishes for them, which will help them to uplift them.

Om Shanti,
Such simplicity in Dadi's words yet taking off the spectacles with impressions of the past is one of the most difficult tasks for us, isn't it? The mind is controlling us when we should be controlling the mind. Let's take it one day at a time.

Om Shanthi, how should we practice not to take any sorrow while dealing with narcissist people who can only think about themselves as perfect and always criticize or belittle you.
If we practice patience and silence with them, they take it as a sign of weakness. Please guide me how to go about these situations.

Om Shanti Dadi, Each and every person has some good and some bad qualities/habbits etc. Therefore, instead of pointing out their bad qualities if we make a habbit of appreciating their good qulities I am sure they will feel much better which will ecourage them to become a better person. Appreciation means positive vibrations which is good for all of us. Let us help each other by seeing good in everyone and ignoring the bad which will ultimately get eradicated.

Vision of appreciation gives happiness to other soul. Not the old ways that I used to view people and things.
