Dear Friends,
Om shanti. There is great benefit in simply being present. What is it to be present? To be aware of who am I and to see the eternal form of the self. Each one should see to what extent there is the attitude of renunciation of attachment to ordinary things, having no desires, and having an attitude of being beyond this world. It is through these attitudes that we can forge a life-giving connection with God.
The intellect should not be drawn anywhere, but remain up above and not come down. Experience ‘God is doing’ and He is getting everything done. Our task is to create a strong inner stage and to experience the impact of God’s company colouring us and taking us beyond concerns of this world.
We cannot attain this stage through laborious efforts. When we experience ourselves to be sustained by God, it is easy to stay up above. It is with the feeling of gratitude that we are able to smile about everything. Keep a happy face and keep your memory track, in a state of happiness.
